Shipping Rates and Times

You credit card is immediately charged. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping. You will also have the option to pay Cash on Delivery, when you receive your shipments from the courier.

For buyers within the UAE, shipping charges and options vary according to the product being purchased, and are listed in the chart below unless otherwise noted in the ‘s policies.

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed, shipping address, and the weight/size of the items.

If you are ordering from multiple, you may be charged multiple shipping fees. For example, you are ordering one item that is fulfilled by GM Global Enterprise and two items fulfilled by a Gmglobalenterprise . You will be charged separate shipping fees as these items will be coming from two different locations. You will be able to identify the during checkout.

To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:

Free Shipping by GM Global Enterprise

FREE Shipping is available if you’re ordering eligible items for delivery within the U.A.E.

For a limited period, all orders fulfilled by GM Global Enterprise within UAE including 50 AED or more of eligible items will qualify for FREE shipping (the “Offer”).

Orders that include 100 AED or more of eligible items that are Fulfilled by GM Global Enterprise, qualify for FREE Shipping. With FREE Shipping, your order will be delivered 1-2 business days after all of your items are available to be shipped.

Add at least of 100 AED of eligible items dispatched by GM Global Enterprise to your Shopping Cart. Any item with FREE Shipping messaging on the product detail page that is dispatched by GM Global Enterprise is eligible and contributes to your free delivery order minimum. Express Delivery

Express delivery in Dubai depends on the weight of the shipment and the service being used. In the UAE, Express delivery within the states can cost anywhere between AED18 and AED25. Shipping from one emirate to another can cost as much as AED100. This also depends on how many shipments you’re making.

Typically, the weight of the shipment also factors in. But this is not necessary. For example, DHL’s courier services only look at how much volume the crate takes up in the storage. Also, the rates vary depending on where you’re shipping. If you’re shipping from UAE to another country, that can cost as much as 100 AED. A single shipment of 1 Kg weight and one cubic meter volume can cost as much as 6,100 AED. Express delivery rates vary from courier to courier.

Shipment of documents vs. non-document items costs practically the same. However, since documents have lighter weight and smaller volume, they cost less. The cheapest shipment at SkyNet Worldwide costs 95 AED.

Express delivery in Dubai

In Dubai, over a hundred courier services are operating. The region is the busiest, so deliveries are made at an alarming rate. In a place like that, Express delivery is no stranger. These companies were established just a few years ago and have grown into the most significant delivery service in UAE. They provide Express delivery on both domestic and international shipping.

Items shipped from gmglobalenterprise.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

The product is not damaged.

The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from GM Global Enterprise. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to GM Global Enterprise cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Computers, Laptops, Tablets and Mobiles

These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

For defects identified outside the 15-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on product details page.

Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, please include all the accessories that came with the item, remove all passwords or security locks from the device and erase the information stored on the device. Membership Cancellation

If you signed-up for your gm global enterprise membership directly through us, you may cancel your gm global enterprise membership any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up for or converting from a free trial to a paid membership, we will refund your full membership fee; provided that we may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of gm global enterprise benefits used by you and your account during this 14 day period. If you cancel at any other time, we will refund your full membership fee only if you and your account did not make any eligible purchases or take advantage of gm global enterprise benefits since your latest gm global enterprise membership charge. If you signed up for your gm global enterprise membership through a third party, you may need to contact the third party to cancel your membership or receive any refund under its applicable policies.

Shipping Benefits and Eligible Purchases

You may not transfer or assign your gm global enterprise membership or any gm global enterprise benefits, including promotion codes for gm global enterprise memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.

gm global enterprise members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using gm global enterprise benefits.

some gm global enterprise benefits may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them.

from time to time, gm global enterprise may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove gm global enterprise membership benefits.

fees and renewal

the membership fee for gm global enterprise is stated in the gm global enterprise section of our help pages. from time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. the gm global enterprise membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms.

if you sign up for your gm global enterprise membership through us and are billed by us, then the billing terms described below will apply to your membership.

if all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. if you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you understand your gm global enterprise membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable membership fee and any taxes, using any eligible payment method we have on record for you.

if you signed up for your gm global enterprise membership through a third party and are not billed directly by us, then the billing terms provided by the third party will apply to your membership.

promotional trial memberships

we sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. trial members may at any time (through your account) choose not to continue to paid membership at the end of the trial period.

alterations to the gm global enterprise membership or amendments to the gm global enterprise terms

we reserve the right to make changes to these terms, gm global enterprise conditions of use and privacy notice, or any aspect of gm global enterprise membership at any time. you will be subject to the terms, gm global enterprise conditions of use and privacy notice in force at the time that you use the gm global enterprise membership. if any of these terms or any change of these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. your continued membership after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. if you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.

termination by us

we may terminate your gm global enterprise membership at our discretion without notice. if we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. however, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the gm global enterprise membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

limitation of liability

in addition to other limitations and exclusions in gm global terprise’s conditions of use, our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last membership fee you paid. this limitation of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your gm global enterprise membership.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Finance Center (“DIFC”). If any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these Terms, including as it may relate in any way to your gm global enterprise membership, or to any products or services sold or distributed by gm global enterprise or through gm global enterprise.ae, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them (for the purpose of this section, a “Dispute”) qualifies for determination through the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal (“SCT”), then the SCT shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such Dispute. For Disputes that do not qualify for determination through the SCT, the courts of the DIFC shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC. For the purposes of this section, you waive any objection to either the courts of the DIFC or the SCT, as applicable, on the grounds that either of them is an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.
